From Townsville to Mission Beach by passing through Ingham, Cardwell, Tully and Mission Beach, you’ll take the Bruce Highway.
Leaving Townsville via Ingham, the road is large and cool to roll along, as far as the eye can see sugar cane fields, all along the Bruce Highway one finds numerous little roads that take you to beaches: Saunders Beach and Balgal Beach more to the north. You’ll meet up with the national park, called the Paluma National Park in the Hidden Valley, and hiking paths along the river if you want to swim.

•  The city welcomes a diverse population of Italian immigrants, and every year around mid-May, an Italian festival is organized including folklore, dance, music, fashion shows, and last but not least, Italian gastronomy…Pasta Party!

•  From Ingham you can visit the Waterfalls nearby with it 305m. Of cascading water in the heart of the rainforest.
